These terms apply when you use this website, order from PillPack on WhatsApp or by phone, or buy at our branches in Abbottabad. PillPack is operated by Pill Pack ePharma (Private) Ltd. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Prescriptions
Prescription medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription from a registered doctor. Our pharmacists may ask for the original, contact you or your doctor, or decline an order if the prescription is unclear, incomplete or unsafe.
2. Orders and prices
When you send an order, a pharmacist confirms availability, any substitutes and the total before it is prepared. An order is accepted only once you confirm that total. Prices can change and stock is not guaranteed until confirmed.
3. Substitutes
If a medicine is unavailable, we may suggest an equivalent. We never substitute without telling you and getting your agreement first.
4. Delivery and collection
We deliver across Abbottabad through our own team or foodpanda. Delivery times are estimates. Orders through foodpanda are also subject to foodpanda's terms. Orders held for collection are kept at the counter for the time we tell you when we confirm.
5. Payment
You can pay at the branch or on delivery using the methods we confirm with your order.
6. Returns
For safety, medicines cannot be returned once they leave the pharmacy, except when an item is wrong, damaged or past its expiry date. Tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund it. Unopened non-medicine items may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
7. Medical advice
Our pharmacists explain doses and answer questions about your medicines. This does not replace a consultation with your doctor. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital.
8. Website
Information on this website is for general guidance. The PillPack name and logo belong to us and may not be used without permission.
9. Law and changes
